When you look at attractive photos of garden studios, online or in a brochure, you often forget about the look of the interior finish. Most companies show you a variety of different interior finishes for all walls and ceiling, including metal, vinyl, melamine, or plastic or plank wainscoting.

There are mainly two construction methods available for garden studios.
The first is a modular system: the modular system consists of building the component parts in the factory, which are then assembled by bolts on site. The advantages of the modular system are: lower manufacturing cost and faster assembly on site. The disadvantage of the modular system is the lack of flexibility in the design and construction of the finished product. You will be able to choose from a few standard sizes and designs.
The second method is the traditional wood frame. Traditional timber framing is one of the oldest construction methods used around the world. Modern timber frame construction methods have evolved in some ways, but the basic principles remain the same.

In the factory, we produce medium-sized panels (maximum 5 m), which allows us to assemble on site without the need for a large, very expensive crane. In addition, the accessibility of the ground is no longer really a problem thanks to the small size of the pallets. Although the construction time is longer on the site, the advantage of being able to assemble the panels and completing the finishing touches gives us a head start.

As they are the only important movable elements in a garden studio, it is essential to fit high quality doors and windows, with very good opening and locking mechanisms.

Our systems of elegant and sliding terrace doors are equipped with a very sophisticated opening mechanism for easy opening and secure locking.
All doors and windows are fitted with high security multipoint locking systems to offer your garden studio maximum protection. The glazing supplied as standard is double glazing but for a ridiculous added value we can provide triple glazing. The glass is supplied by the world leader SAINT GOBAIN.
Aspects no. 6: Electricity and plumbing
You will probably need electrical, heating and lighting systems in your garden studio.

Heating is carried out by efficient electric radiators (Atlantic or equivalent) provided with a programmable thermostat. In each studio there are between 2 and 5 radiators depending on its size.
bathroom plumbing
The cold and hot water installation is made of thermo-sudable PPR.
The bathroom is fully equipped with shower, sink, toilet, towel racks, etc. All this equipment is provided by quality European suppliers (ROCA, GROHE, IDEAL STANDARD, etc.).
The water is heated by an 80 liter water heater included in our price.
